There WERE 39 total in Contra Costa, and there are a total of 3 left,
hardly LITTERED with boats as you have said.

Well it looks like you were correct and Bill was wrong. I sure am glad
we have that out of the way, so now we all can put those silly ****ing
contest behind us.
