I just finished a phone call with the owner of the '68 GB 42 that I looked at this morning. Very interesting guy - retired finish carpenter, custom cabinet- furniture maker - he's owned the GB 42 since '75 and has spent a ton of money and labor keeping her in pristine condition. He's selling it for personal reasons - I didn't ask why. But they sure do look beautiful. I am another one of those people who are glad when someone else owns and maintains a woodie, they make the whole dock look better. |
