Anyone had any practical experience with the Iris 50 (from Plastimo

and where in North West UK I might be able to go try one out.

After some great advice from the guys on uk.rec.sailing, i bought one
from Reliance Marine ( http://www.reliancemarine.com/ )

Absoloutly love it, and would heartly recomend it to anyone looking for
a handheld compass.
