Last year I tried to make an ice boat like this

steering blade. But it does not work very well. I cannot tack up wind
because the front blade keeps slipping.

So this winter I thought I would try something different, like this

Does anyone have plans for a rear-steer ice boat they can share with me
? I am looking for something about 16 ft long and 7 ft wide, and can
hold 3-4 people.
