My cousin is a physician with Mayo Health Systems in Austin, MN, the home of Hormel (Spam). They actually have a Spam Museum there. You'd love the place. I think you can sample the product after the tour. Max I wonder how long a person would live if all they ate was Spam, Twinkies, and squirty cheese? You may find this hard to believe, but I've never had a Twinkie. Well, you came to the right spot. We have a few 'Canadians' in here! Couldn't even get twinkies here until 10 or so years ago. I remember when a co-worker went down to california in the late 70s or early 80s & brought back a carton of them for me. Here's what we've always had courtesy of Quebec... http://www.canadaonly.ca/canadaonly....ks/bakery.html BTW don't pay any attention to those outrageous prices....much cheaper at local grocery stores. |
