My neighbor, who's got a 19 foot Alumacraft, says he thinks he has problems
with cavatelli around his prop. I told him he shouldn't be hittin' the sauce
while operating the boat, but he insists there's a problem.

Check for spaghettini, linguine, & tortellini in the area of the prop
shaft... but my best guess would be cannelloni.

Tell him to get the damn prop out of the damn pasta for chris' sakes.

Why does he think his prop is cavitating?

Because the alfredo sauce is separating after going a mile or so. That
usually means bubbles in the cream.

Then tell him to use a regular kitchen blender instead of a outboard
with a prop.

That is the problem with an Outboard. Why real boaters use an inboard.
