How do you determine the maximum size of a sailboat for a lake? Our

Nice sized lake. Will you be spending extended periods (weeks etc)
aboard?
How big is your family?
One way is to go modest with a trailerable sailboat. Mine can hold two
adults & two children, has a Marine Sanitation Device with pumpout
fittings.
see: http://sailquest.com/market/models/spipe.htm
The Sandpiper 565... or Capri 18 (Catalina 18) would be fine for smaller
crews.

Out of seven posts, you were the only one to actually give the guy some
information he could use.

I thought it was a legit question from a newby??.
If he looks around on that site I quoted, he can probably find at least
half a dozen reasonable choices... although some models might be more
available in Canada.

Looking for a pet on the head? You might want to move to Atlanta.

Sung to the tune of Carly Simons' "Anticipation"

Infatuation.....
Infatuation.......
It's driving Dan crazy......
Bass is making Dan crazy........

Did I reply to you, bozo? Nope. Guess you are the stalker.

Beats me.

On my favorite lake (Carlyle IL.) which is about 10 mi long by 4 mi
wide. You can have anything from little one person Hobies to 35
footer's.

No.. it might decide to whiz..or take a dump.
A 'virtual pat' would be nice.

You "pat" a dog?

Sure do...and often!

ROTF! BK's infatuation with me is far more intense, disturbing and well
past the point of it showing a mental illness on his part. If he did post
to this board today I would guess I have been brought up in just about all
of those posts. (He is kf'd so I don't see his posts anymore). ;-)

Sigh. I'm afraid I KF'd BK, too. I don't mind the occasional foodfight,
and I'll start one with only self-encouragement, but sheesh, BK seemed
to be taking offense at everything almost everyone posted.

I came back from a four day golf trip to NC. Found 863 headers in the
group, after canceling my filter. Reinstated the JimH filter and got rid of
169 headers. Added BK and got rid of another 123 headers.

Too much is too much.

169? ROTF! I think you need a new newsreader. From 10-9 through
10-12 I maybe posted 3 dozen messages here.

Why did you exaggerate the number John?
