For snacks, I usually take a bag of "Trail mix" that's pretty good, if
you don't let the M&Ms melt in the hot sun. so I try to get the stuff without the chocolate. That and dried fruit. But If we feel like we have to eat. then we have a cooler full of fresh hom made salads with usually grilled chicken strips . etc. Shortwave Sportfishing wrote: I love apples and usually take one or two with me when I'm fishing or on a photography trip. It's very comforting to be crunching a nice apple while just observing the splendor of open water. What kind of comfort foods do you take with you on a trip? |
