The difference between a yacht broker and an real estate Real estate brokers here have background checks, have to have a certain number of years of experience, have to study for and pass exam, et cetera. "Yacht Brokers" have to...what? Fog a mirror? I'd like Chuck to point out the experience, training, licensing, moral and ethical differences between a Yacht Salesman and a Buy Here-Pay Here used car salesmen. I don't know why he chose to compare yacht sales and real estate sales. Jim |
