This is part of a canal adjacent to Chinatown. Love the stone work on
the canal. This particular canal stretches for miles, I believe, and at
another part was a jetski paradise.

They're holiday snapshots, taken to remind us of fun times. Nothing
more. Note that I said "Two of my favorites" and then why. I think my
wife took the photos at the canal.

I realize these do not compete with the wonderful photos you take of
birds on that post in your backyard, but, then, we do travel a little.

We're going to Holland, Denmark, Sweden, and a re-visit to Berlin next
week. Perhaps you could give me some pointers on how to take some nice
photographs while I'm there.

Sure wish I had that 18-200 mm lens you enjoy so much!

Sure. Get yourself a Brownie Starflash, a pointer and shooter.

And then blame crappy photos on the wife?

Digging, Harry?

Perhaps he, like Reggie, has more sense than to provide you with personal
information. We've seen how you use it.

Show us some more bird on a post shots, John.

Just go 'over there' and call up 'all' headers. You'll probably find them.
But, please don't pass them off as yours. (Luckily they aren't owls.)

I seem to recall one of your better quality pictures of some goldfinch. Did
you frame that one?

Naw. Just wondering if it was a Russ I once knew who posted here, but I
don't think it is. *That* Russ wasn't an asshole. *This* Russ is. No
wonder he is your buddy.

Same person, Harry. He just saw through some of your crap like so many
