I knew Nathan Buie personally and he was one of the nicest & most
respectable HUMAN BEINGS I've ever known. He and DeMarco tragically got
caught in the crossfire during a feud that had nothing to do with
either of them. In fact, the murders were said to be some kids
loitering in the parking lot across the street from the dance hall and
didn't even attend the dance. I had nothing to do with the music or
'negros being negros' as you so distastefully put it. It had to do with
kids thinking they can solve all their problems with guns and innocent
victims getting caught in the crossfire. Out of respect for friends and
families, I would suggest you might hold your tongue if you know
nothing about the situation or either man who was killed. How would you
feel if you read this and it was about one of your childhood friends
who just happened to be black? Please have a little more respect than
that.

I think we can deduce a couple of things here. One, a lot of cRap
music was undoubtedly blaring from the speakers in the hall throughout
the night. Two, at least one young homie didn't receive the proper
amount of "respect" that he thought he merited from one or more of his
peers, some trash-talk was exchanged (no doubt including references to
someone's mother) and then the pieces were whipped out.

Kansas City police probe party shooting

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The volley of shots fired into a crowd outside a
Knights of Columbus hall, killing two people, came nearly an hour
after a dance party there had ended, a promoter said Monday.

Investigators had yet to provide details Monday about possible
suspects or what may have triggered the shooting that sent people
diving to the ground around 1 a.m. Sunday. In addition to the two
people killed, nine were wounded, two of them critically.

The Knights of Columbus hall, in a working-class neighborhood along a
retail strip in south Kansas City, had been hired by a local party
promoter called Monarch Entertainment.

One of the owners of Monarch, Bobby Logan, said the shooting occurred
about 45 minutes after the party ended as people lingered on the
parking lot. He said the company had security inside the hall during
the party and had twice asked people loitering outside to disperse.

Police did not publicly release the names of any of the victims,
however relatives and friends held a vigil Sunday night for Nathan
Buie and DeMarco Harvey, both 20.

Buie would have been a junior in the fall at the University of
Missouri at Kansas City, where he was a member of the track team.

"Nathan wanted to make it to the Olympics someday," a longtime friend,
Desmond Nugent, told The Kansas City Star. "If not, he was going to
try to have a radio show."

Harvey was going to be a junior at the University of Arkansas at Pine
Bluff in the fall, said his sister, DeMarchelle Harvey.

The hall where the party had been held sits behind a hair salon and a
bar called D'Angelo's Lounge.

Dan Blevins, 58, was at D'Angelo's and saw parking lots on both sides
of the street fill up around 10:30 p.m. with young people milling
around and leaning against cars. The bartender called police, who
arrived around 11 p.m. and left a short time later, he said.

Around 1 a.m., Blevins said, "We see people diving to the ground, and
it sounds like firecrackers."

Police would not say if the shots were fired from within the crowd or
from a passing vehicle.

Police Sgt. Doug Niemeier estimated that 25 to 50 shots were fired.
Police arriving at the scene witnessed "people running in all
different directions," Niemeier said Sunday.

Police said Sunday that two were in critical condition _ a 17-year-old
shot in the chest and a 24-year-old hit in the neck _ but they would
not identify them and hospitals wouldn't give information Monday
without names. The other seven were treated at hospitals for wounds
that were not considered life threatening.

Folks, just a bunch of negroes acting like negroes.

Default Classic Harpo!

Harpo Kraps spewed:
Eisboch mused:
I've noticed that most of this crap is coming from web based forums and
google groups.
Is this the beginning of the end of the traditional newsgroup?

Eisboch

Dunno. But once again I posit that this kind of nonsense would stop if
posters were required to have within every post header their actual name
(or a reasonable variation of it) and an actual, not web-based, ISP.

ROFL! Spoken by the King of Nonsense! Gotta hand it to ya Harpo, you
are consistent! Consistently hypocritical that is, which goes so well
with your psychotic personality, your lies and delusions of grandeur.

You, who uses a gmail account to post, wants everyone else to post from
an actual ISP? Care to elaborate on the last two ISPs that shut down
your account based on the volume of complaints against you?
Apparently, your new ISP (Comcast) is already getting an earful. Where
to next? Net Zero may be your last option.

You, who spent weeks on the Mozilla forums trying to get the
X-No-Archive flag to work, so as not to have to remember what lies you
told, lest you get caught in yet another whopper? All the while being
too ignorant to realize that the flag is a just a request, and even the
few amalgamators who honor them still don't detect when your vile is
being quoted from an earlier post. Yes, all your lies and spitefulness
are still around, and we are all still waiting for the proof of the
Hatteras, the "Zimmerman-like" lobster boat, et. al.

You, who uses programs such as Tor in an attempt to hide your actual IP
address and ISP, and continue to beg the folks at Mozilla to help you
get it working?

Of course, your arrogance blinds you to this latest example of your
hypocracy.

But then again, what else would we expect from a mean-spirited,
hateful, and hypocritical liar who has alienated himself from his
entire family and has no friends, save those that you make up to post
here to banter with? You might want to do some posts from a different
machine, as we can all see the same IP address for you and your
imaginary friends.

Most interesting is your braggadocio about going out on your latest
concoction, which is easily disproved by multitudes of posts in Usenet
and other forums, at a time when you say you are fishing or cruising.
Rule Number One: If you are going to lie about being on a boat, its
not wise to post in a boating forum during that time period!

Apparently, you consistently average about 1,000 posts a month, on
Usenet alone! Quite sad indeed as a testament to your loneliness, but
when you spend so much time spewing your hate in obituary-related
groups, and trash the recently deceased, you cross the line into true
psychosis.

As for Eisboch's point, yes, the "traditional" Usenet newsgroup is on
its last leg, evidenced by the same old people posting, in the same old
groups, day after day, with very few new posters. Most people these
days don't even know of Usenet, and ISPs are phasing them out anyway.
Even Google has predicted Usenet's demise within 2-3 years.

Many people, our family & boating friends included, grew tired of
having to wade through all the BS and spam that clutters these once
fine resources. Harpo is at the head of the class (Magna Cum Laude, in
fact) when it comes to polluting newsgroups, not only with his
prevarications and hate-speech, but with his self-serving "I know
everything about everything" attitude and postings, when in fact, he
knows so very little, about so very little. Typical though, for an
uneducated simpleton. BTW Harpo, we are also still waiting for some
evidence of the multiple "Doctorates/PHDs".

Try any of the moderated boards. Most are free to join, and they are
growing like wild fire. Pose a question or problem, and you will be
inundated with helpful answers and suggestions. The depth of boating
knowledge and experience there is truly awesome. Those who post the
BS, are antagonistic, or are consistently off-topic, are banned. Just
ask Harpo. The 3 biggest boating boards have already given him the
heave-ho. And when he tries to get back in with another one of his
fictitious "friends" names, he is caught quite quickly. Which is
probably why he is so desperate to get the IP redirection to work.
Trying to hide again, like the true coward he is.

After a long respite from these groups, it obvious we haven't missed
anything.

Carry on...

Bigun certainly has some anger issues-his Fathers semen has finally
worked its way into his brain.
Bigun, tell your Mother(Sister/Aunt) to contact the local klansman- if
he can stop filming you taking a sweaty dump-and tell him to shove that
butning cross up there.
Your next life will be fairer- women do prefer men with larger
genitals- you may be lucky and get reborn as one of nuts.If so I will
get castrated Southern man.
