Can anyone tell me how to reset a the MMSI number in a Cobra DSC F55 VHF
Radio?

In most DSC-capable radios, it isn't possible to reset the MMSI without
sending it back to the factory. This is definitely true of the
Raymarine and Standard Horizon sets I've seen.
