Swivel Bearings Frozen- OMC Cobra Stern Drive
 

In an earlier post I may have referred to these as gimbal bearings.
Can someone tell me what the bearings are called that allow the
lower unit to swing left and right? These are what is frozen and
these are what I need advice on.
