fuel/oil leak from leg

Hi all, i have a bayliner 1952 which is about 5 years old, with a merc
3.0l. after about my 4th trip this year i noticed a fuel leak of some
kind coming from the top of the leg and the transom plate, the drive
fluid has dropped slightly but i dont and cant see where it is leaking
from. the boat is in a marina too, so not able to look closely. any
help would be appreciated.
Cheers.

Keep an eye on the gear lube level. If it drops further you should haul the
boat and investigate. Other sources of oil slick could be trim cylinders or
unburned fuel.
