Default I need your help ?

My name is Mike, I'm collecting ideas/ tips/ advices for boat owners
who wish to sell their boats.

They could be just reminders, or things to do, not to do. They, could
be legal tips, or mechanical tips,. Anything that would make the
transaction fair for both parties (buyer/seller) as well as accurate.
You could share your own experience.

I might compile every tip in an e-book format, or just as a plain list
of tips.
Feel free to choose between signing your information or keeping it
anonymous.

In order to be a win-win situation, I will send/email you a free copy
of the final product, whatever that will be.

Thanks a lot for any enlightenment you could possibly send me,
Mike

PS: I would need those tips for mid June if possible

The essential difficulty you will have with trying to con the general
public into writing your "how-to" book will be resolving all the
conflicting information, and there will be tons of it. That's why books
of this nature, written by a committee of non professionals, are seldom
successful. Want to know (for example) why you should use yacht broker
for the purchase and sale of a boat? It will be in there. Want to know
why you shouldn't? It will be in there as well. :-)

Good luck
