By clicking on the Link, I just got a page, where I should enter
username and password ...
Then I copied the Link and pasted it into Explorer: Now I'm directed

Yesterday, 'tiny url' was acting up. I couldn't get it to make a worthwhile
url, so maybe it wouldn't translate them either. Your tiny url is working
