I've got a ealry 1970's Chrystler 120 hp "magnaforce" outboard. 4
cylinder with two ignition boxes. I was only getting spark to two of the four cylinders. When I would switch the plugs on the boxes, I could get the spark to move back and forth between the two sets of cylinders so I assumed that one of the ignition boxes was bad. I replaced the ignition box and still no spark. I followed the wires from the ignition box and it appears as if they go directly into the stator. I dont know what to do. Any suggestions? Joe |
