My ophthalmologist gave me a pair to try out, in grey, and
though they are cheap, they are the BEST on-water sunglasses
I have ever tried. They really cut the UV and glare and are polarized,
and for me at least do a much better job than Maui Jims or Ocean Waves
or any of the high-priced shades. I can see much mo' betta' and more
clearly with them than the other shades.

Did I mention they were cheap?

:)

Harry,
On the water, I prefer this wrap around style, and for what it is
worth, I don't think they are that ugly. Years ago, I owned a pair of
glasses with a leather skirt to keep the UV from coming in on the side
of the glasses. Now those were ugly glasses, and one of my favorite
pair.

Yeah, I wish I could find another pair like them. They resemembled
these glasses, but instead of having glass and plastic on the sides the
had leather that form fit to the face on the sides, top and bottom.
You had an extremely comfortable wrap around shades, that protected you
eyes from UV.

Notice, I pretended I did not see your double entendre comment.

They *are* ugly, but the fish don't seem to mind!
