Congratulations once again on the success of your team. If I recall you
promised to donate $3,000+ to the fund if it met a certain ceiling you
set.
That ceiling was met and surpassed.

Once you do so your team will certainly be in first place. The
foundation
will also appreciate the donation.

Just *badgering* for a donation to a worthy cause that you promised to
make
a large donation to. Looking forward to seeing your name on the largest
donors list. ;-)

PS: Your intentions and efforts are indeed noteworthy John. As I
stated
previously my family has a stake in this foundation also and your
promised
donation to the fund is certainly appreciated.

I've no idea what you're talking about. Perhaps you could refresh my
memory
with the appropriate post? I *did* offer to triple an individual's
donation, which could possibly have cost me that much, although the
limit
was 'up to the goal'. I don't recall saying anything about making a
$3000+
donation if it met the goal.

However, I'm sure you'll refresh my memory.

Thanks!

My bad. It was actually $1,750.

Your promise:
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
"I'll match (on a $1 for $2 basis), up to the amount of the goal, any
donations made to the foundation through this web site by anyone from this
time until the cut-off for team donations, which is 1 May! So, if you
donate
$20, that'll cost me another $10! If the group donates $3500 andits the
goal, it'll cost me $1750."
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Cough up John. It is for a worthy cause after all. ;-)

I matched every donation that was made by a member of the group after that
post was made, except the $1 donation made last night which I'll match.
You
received your copy of my matching contribution right after you made your
donation. Now, if you want to donate $3500, to a cause in which you have a
stake, I'll be glad to match it on a $1 for $2 basis, i.e., I'll donate
another $1750.

You are most welcome to check with the other donors in the group to see if
their donations were matched as yours was.

Make it 18. Good job, John!

Dan

Thanks, Dan. You will notice that a matching contribution was made for the
one that took it 'over the top' yesterday?

I loved it!

$2 (sometimes $3) for every $1 contributed John. That was your promise, and
an honorable one at that.

Thanks for your efforts to this worthy cause that we both have personal
interests in. ;-)

Goodnight Jim. I think you've been staring at the screen too long!

Congratulations once again on the success of your team. If I
recall
you
promised to donate $3,000+ to the fund if it met a certain ceiling
you
set.
That ceiling was met and surpassed.

Once you do so your team will certainly be in first place. The
foundation
will also appreciate the donation.

Just *badgering* for a donation to a worthy cause that you
promised
to
make
a large donation to. Looking forward to seeing your name on the
largest
donors list. ;-)

PS: Your intentions and efforts are indeed noteworthy John. As I
stated
previously my family has a stake in this foundation also and your
promised
donation to the fund is certainly appreciated.

I've no idea what you're talking about. Perhaps you could refresh
my
memory
with the appropriate post? I *did* offer to triple an individual's
donation, which could possibly have cost me that much, although
the
limit
was 'up to the goal'. I don't recall saying anything about making
a
$3000+
donation if it met the goal.

However, I'm sure you'll refresh my memory.

Thanks!

My bad. It was actually $1,750.

Your promise:
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
"I'll match (on a $1 for $2 basis), up to the amount of the goal,
any
donations made to the foundation through this web site by anyone
from
this
time until the cut-off for team donations, which is 1 May! So, if
you
donate
$20, that'll cost me another $10! If the group donates $3500 andits
the
goal, it'll cost me $1750."
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Cough up John. It is for a worthy cause after all. ;-)

I matched every donation that was made by a member of the group
after
that
post was made, except the $1 donation made last night which I'll
match.
You
received your copy of my matching contribution right after you made
your
donation. Now, if you want to donate $3500, to a cause in which you
have
a
stake, I'll be glad to match it on a $1 for $2 basis, i.e., I'll
donate
another $1750.

You are most welcome to check with the other donors in the group to
see
if
their donations were matched as yours was.

Good going John. Perhaps the parent site needs to be updated.

Thanks for your help in this worthy cause.

What seems to be missing from the parent site?

(And, what are you calling the parent site?)

Top donators.........John Herring............$650.

As I said, maybe the site needs to be updated.

But even if you keep it at $650 it is a worthy contribution John. ;-)

The site *is* up to date. Why would you think otherwise?

Because you promised to at least double (or triple) donations made to your
team. Richard E. donated $450. Another donation was in the name of his
wife. Then we have donations made by other (16 according to you) members
here.

I think you owe the fund $1,100. It is, after all, going to a very worthy
cause. So pay up. ;-)

I promised selected individuals I would double (or, in one case, triple)
their donation. I've met my obligations. Your thinking is erroneous.

A gentleman doesn't continuously offend others in such a way that
apologies
are necessary.

If you want to back out of your promise that is fine John. But as I also
have a personal interest in this cause I was looking for you to live up to
your word.

If you promise to match donations 1/2 is not something you find important to
live up to that is your call.

BTW: I offended no one. I asked you to live up to your promise.

And why do you bring up apologies in a thread that is near and dear to your
heart, as well as mine when apologies have nothing to do with it?
