Hole In 1967 60 HP Evinrude Inlet/Outlet Tube?
 

Is there supposed to be a small hole in either one of these, a little
bigger than a pin hole? Also, who is the best online parts source for
these vintage Evinrudes. I am having quite a bit of difficulty finding
all the parts I need to rebuild the lower end of this unit.
