Default She started up just fine!

I replaced the thermostat, tightened down the hose clamps, hooked up a muff
to the OD and cranked the boat engine up........she ran fine and survived
the winter undamaged (I did my own winterization this year).

Now that the epoxy barrier coats and bottom paint is done all that is left
is buff out some small gelcoat repairs I made to the hull, wash and wax it
and she is ready to be splashed.

I might wait till I get the bimini on though..........it might be easier to
do while on land and fittings will not get dropped in the water while do so.
;-)

You know.... the one thing that exceeds "pride of ownership" is the
rush one gets from carefully and successfully maintaining one's
property.

I hope the splash happens quite soon and that in the ensuing year you
and yours enjoy the fruits of your labors..... :-)

Thanks Gene!

BTW: You are exactly right about (successfully) maintaining one's
property..........and that includes one's house, boat, car.........the list
goes on. ;-)
