E-tec Tiller-arm Purchase Issue
 

I've had a 60-HP E-tec, boat, trailer package on order since 2/27/06. The
motor has been in for more than a month, the boat and trailer came week
before last. However, the tiller arm for the E-tec has not arrived: The
dealer says it has been on back order, and "should be released" (last week).
No reason from the dealer why it's taking so long.

Any ideas on "why" Evinrude can't supply tiller arms for the motors?

A good portion of the spring fishing season around here is gone. )c:
