Default Slap on wrist

Well...the US bullied & pushed us around and is now getting away with
only returning about 78% of the money it had stolen from Canadian lumber
interests.
So much for 'Free Trade'. Canada had to agree to a cap of 34% of the US
market.
My question would be...if the US wasn't honorable with the original Free
Trade Agreement, how can it be trusted to honour this agreement?

Bully? You make me laugh. Diplomacy is the attempt to bully someone into
doing what you want with the threat of harm if they don't.
