Hi, i have had a "no spark" problem, and have tracked it down to the
stator, all good, no!, it seems tho there is 3 different stators, 9,16
and 40... now i have no i.d. on my engine at all...and i'm very stuck
to know what one i need, i know its a 398-5454, b4t at the end 6f 5t
sh643d say s60eth5ng 352e "A32 A7 etc "..b4t they have been rubbed off
over the years and now am rather stuck to say the least!!!....So..

1, if there is any way of telling the age of the motor by some onther
means, e.g. carb numbers etc...or
2, if anyone knows the difference between the 9,16 and 40 stator i
would need??...PLEASE GUYS AND GIRLS HELP ME OUT HERE!!!!! many thanks
Danny.
