Unfortunately it's only an index (no $) and the participants have
changed in the last three years.

It's almost as bad as the NFL. Stats and records are compared in every
game to previous teams. There are different players and competitiors so
the data is usless.

The only thing you can capture from it are blended day-to-day trends for
a select group of large companies. Historical statitics mean nothing.
