Just an old sailboat. Probably a custom build or put together by some
company long ago out of business. It's sloop rigged, with a wooden
hull, teak deck, bronze windlasss. Just a generic, classic, sailboat.

Not much to go on...could be a customized traditional type sloop.
examples in this area would be 'Bluenose Class' or 'Roue 20' Class
