............watched it tonight with my wife. Good movie and fantastic music.
I saw Johnny Cash in concert in 1969 or so although I don't remember June Carter performing. |

If you want a treat, check out, "Johnny Cash - A Concert Behind Prison Walls (1976)" (DVD) Features Johnny Cash, Roy Clark, Foster Brooks (he does both a comedy and then sings in his magnificent voice)... plus many more .... but best of all ... is a young, slim and very sexy Linda Ronstadt. The price of the DVD is worth just seeing her performances. RCE |

![]() I saw Johnny Cash in concert in 1969 or so although I don't remember June Carter performing. I saw him in the Spring of 1970. I remember the Carter Family was part of the concert, including the mother. I'm assuming June was part of the family group, but I don't believe she was featured in any way. At least I don't remember her. In fact, I'm wondering if they were an item then. I know the movie has it that way, but my impression is that they were a couple somewhat later. William |
