Probably not.... but it prompts me to ask....

I've only worn Rockports, for years....

anybody suggest any other quality boat shoes?

Those are good ones, as are Sperry Topsiders and Sabago's.

But I have worn my Nikes and other brands of training type 'tennis' shoes,
as well as thong sandals on my boats and the boats of others and they worked
fine. Most often though, I am barefoot. ;-)

I like the Sebago's I've had for about four years now. I've never had a
pair of Sperry's that were comfortable for me, but I see they've got a new
style out now. Maybe in a few more years when the Sebago's wear out. I
didn't know Rockport made boat shoes. I've had good luck with their other
shoes.
