What kind of speed can I expect to get with a 16' Smoker Craft Voyager
(rowboat, about 320lbs) and about 350lbs of people using a Honda 15hp 4
stroke? Will it plane? Also, what is the gas mileage for this
boat/motor combo?

It will probably plane with 1 or 2 people aboard, unlikely with more
than that. On plane it should do something like 15 to 20 mph and burn
between 1 and 1 1/2 gallons per hour.
