Interesting reading, regardless of individual opinions about JD Power

The following news release was issued today by J.D. Power and
Associates. The release and accompanying ranking charts are also
available on our Web site:

Chuck,

The only thing that surprised me in the survey results was that SeaRay
was number one in the Express Cruiser. When I looked at SeaRay in the
mid 90's they seem to be a quality boat, better than most, but were not
the best in their category. It would appear that they have made
improvements since then.

If anything, this report reconfirms in my mind, that while JD Powers is
not perfect, they are accurate.

Thanks for the post.
