Groundhog Day
 

From a friend, who I believe may not be a ******ican.

This year both Groundhog Day and the State of the
Union Address fall on the same day.

One involves a meaningless ritual in which we look to
a secretive, isolated animal of little intelligence
for prognostication, and the other, of course,
involves our friend the groundhog.
