For those of you boating in Ohio the legal limits is now .08 not
.10.
For anyone under the age of 21 the legal limit is .02. Those under
21
caught drinking alcoholic beverages or operating under the
influence
have the additional charge of "Underage Consumption".
in my opinion, there should be no limit - you got alcohol on your
breath, you in jail for 30 days, license revoked for a year.

no exceptions.
I second that.

Connecticut used to do that with speeders; that is, you lost your
license for the first offense.

I would set a really low blood-alcohol level for DUI and impose a
jail
sentence for conviction about that level. That measurement would not
be
tripped for the equivalent of one beer or one cocktail. If your
blood-alcohol level indicates two or three (or more) drinks in a
short
period of time, your goose is cooked.

Oh...and smokers...public fumigation. Man, there is little that turns
my
stomach as quickly as inhabiting the same general space as a cigarette
smoker, even if he/she isn't smoking at that moment. They stink!

i think they ought to take all non-smokers and make them eat outside
if they dont like smoking.

nothing like a good cigar - in particular a really good cuban - after
a good meal at a resturant.

all you non-smoking pussies can cram it.

Nothing is worse than smelling smoke from a cigar while eating dinner.

non-smoking elitist prig.

If you want to enjoy one..........take it outside.

you go outside.

I have a severe case of PTSS and I thought *MY* mood was nasty. But, I
think you've got me beat today.

The vicodin script must have run out.

We can't. The polite smokers are already out there polluting the air
outside.

then give up non-smoking.

I can't. It'd be a budget buster.

There is no drug that will do anything for Pre Trout Season Syndrome. This
will only get worse until April 1. Eat **** and die. Everybody. All of you.

You still have to walk by them, and they smell bad.

Next thing, we'll have to give up farting too.

Smokers smell worse.

Especially to an ex-smoker. When my wife was teaching you could always tell
the kids whose parents smoked as their homework papers stunk.

It is truly amazing for an ex-smoker to smell for the first time what they
used to smell like when they smoked.............stinky!

We'd better both worry; we're finding too much common ground.

I'm constantly impressed by your aromas of expertise.

Without a doubt we can now consider Tom to be the *expert* on farts. ;-)
