Kudos to Rule-Good cust service
 

I bought an old boat that had a 1750gph bilge pump but no base. Called Rule
and they sent me a new one n/c. They guessed it was the same as the current
1500 or 2000gph and were right. I hated to throw away a good running pump
for lack of one little plastic piece.
