Incredible.

It's not likely to get significantly better in my opinion. This is a
good time to be thinking about solar and other alternative energy
strategies. I have a nice south facing roof that I'd love to cover
with photovoltaic panels but the system cost still needs to drop
another 30% or so to be competetive, or the price per KWH from the
grid needs to rise another 50%.

It will be interesting to see which happens first.
