My family needs donations of warm clothing to get us thru the upcoming cold

Warm clothing...?? Sounds like you need some spring/fall duds.
I won't need mine for another 3 months so I could send them down if you
promise to return by April 01.

Took me a good month and a half to get used to wearing long pants again
after we came back north.

Sorry you're having a cold spell. I could FedEx some frozen precip to make
you homesick.

40 sounds like a heat wave here!

Heck I go backpacking and leave my sleeping bag open until it gets below 35.
Course it's a 0 degree bag. ;-)
