They earned it. The bum who has been on non-disability welfare his whole

So, another example of "compassionate conservatism:" make an
offer of generosity, then reneg on it...

If you were serious, you could have posted your offer to one
of the Iraq War vet support web sites. As it happens, I know
a couple of Gulf & Iraq war vets in south Florida, but
they're not in Naples and they're doing well enough that an
quasi-offer of "free dental care" is not worth the drive.
