Hype.

You can buy a better one at WalMart for much less money.

Later,

Tom

I have the Vector 1092 and it is an excellent charger. Does not charge in 3
minutes, but the trolling motor batteries seem to run a lot longer with the
Vector's charge than the Shumacher charger I used to use. And I bought it
at Wal-mart for about $70.

That's odd. walmart.com doesn't list ANY Vector battery chargers.
Hmmm.....
Also, my local Wal Mart doesn't carry them. Must be your wal mart is
the only one.....

Maybe yours is too much in the boonies. Or they do not like you.

You got screwed then, because I got mine at WalMart and paid $45 for
it. And it does a hell of a job fo rme.

I may have paid less, but seem to remember $69, but the rememberer is not
always reliable on such purchases. Was about a year ago. And the Vector
1092 does not seem to cook the batteries as the old shumacher or what ever
they are called did.
