The government reported that personal income and spending edged up in October, construction spending rose that month and fewer Americans applied for unemployment insurance last week _ all signs of a surprising resilience after one of the worst hurricane seasons on record. |

Construction is up because of the rebuilding after the hurricanes. New home starts are up, and too soon after the hurricanes to have much impact from them on new home starts. What NOYB should've done was described how he feels about Greenspan's understand of economics in general, and specifically THIS country's economy. And, you still haven't explained your spew about Canada "not standing on its own two feet".
