Another stupid Move-on Ad

I'm sure the liberals here will want to send money so Move-on can get this ad on
TV. Maybe they'll read Lieberman's comments in the background!

Lieberman is not relevant as a national political figure, even though
you like to sniff up his butt.

I understand Bush is going to try to play defense again tomorrow,
releasing Reason #997 why he invaded Iraq or why we must stay there. I
predict that dog won't hunt, either. His new "immigration" policy,
released yesterday and today, is more of the same, a payoff to US
businessmen who want to hire aliens and pay chem crap.

You ought to head over to Iraq as a volunteer, Herring. Perhaps if you
are kidnapped, you can tell your captors how wonderful Bush is, just
before they give you a really close haircut.

If the Army'd take me, I'd go in a minute!

No need. According to the website, they already have raised over 100%
of the money required.

Message says:

1) Over 150,000 men and women won't be spending the holidays with their
families, as they're serving in Iraq.

Do you have a problem with that statement?

2) Ad says that Bush was not accurate or fothright when he was selling
the war and advancing the reasons we should invade Iraq, and that he
has no specific plan to bring our men and women home.

I can't believe anybody would seriously dispute that, either.

3) The ad says that congressional Democrats are now pressuring the
administration to devise an exit strategy (and to figure out some sort
of system by which we can claim we "won" and get out with some honor).

That also seems true. The calls by various Democrats, as well as
courageous Republicans like McCain, have been in the news frequenty.

4) The ad says the best way to "support our troops" is to prioritize
concluding the invasion and bringing them home.

Makes sense to me.

Why wouldn't conservatives be interested in funding this very truthful
ad? :-)

Anal fixation and NPD are both associated with potty training, I think.

At least in Harry's case there does seem to be a very tight correlation.

Get a pair of reading glasses, or remain in the dark, which you
apparently prefer.

Why hello, Harry. Don't think I've spoken to you all day.

Are you putting people down again? That's one of the symptoms, I hear. By now
you're very familiar with them.

If your eyes are failing you, you'll remain in the dark. Is that what
you wish?

My eyes have been failing me for years. Luckily they haven't totally failed,
yet. My current problems are, for the most part, correctable. How long they
remain that way is anyone's guess.

I bought my D200 today. Should be here soon.

PS. Try not to use the personal information above for nefarious purposes.

Are you a candidate for Lasik?

No.

Did you trade in your existing camera? Did you take a bath on it? I
looked on the Nikon website at the D200, and noted some improvements,
but I didn't see any that were going to result in visibly sharper photos
or enlargements.

The D70 will go to my older daughter.

I won't tell anyone you drop bread crumbs in the Bay so you can find
your way back to Deale.

You must be comparing the D70 to the D70s. There is not much difference in those
two. The D200 should be compared to the D100 or the D2X. The D200 is a 10.2
megapixel camera.

Go he http://www.dpreview.com/articles/nikond200/

Note the comparison to the D2X. Of course, the D2X is a $4000 camera!
