In fact, it would be better if you just stayed home in Snellville. I'm sure there's *lots* to do there. I don't live in Snellville, but, do you think that Naples is the only place in the U.S. that has concerts? Ever hear of the Atlanta Philharmonic? They are much more well known than Naples. How could they be? This is their inaugural season, with the first performance scheduled this coming Saturday (11-19) at the famous St. Mark's United Methodist Church venue. And, as others have pointed out, the APO is an all volunteer orchestra that accepts anyone who can plan an instrument. Next time read the link you post BEFORE YOU POST IT so you know it actually supports your position. Unbelievable. |

Where to hell did I say that the Atlanta Philharmonic is "world class". They are, however, VERY good. Have you ever heard them? Now, seeing how you were dead ass wrong in saying that there wasn't an Atlanta Philharmonic, you're going to change it to try and make it look like you knew there is, but said there is not? Which is it? As far as the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra goes, I go two or three times a year. Where do you park when you go? Where do you eat when you go? How often do you go? |

They are quite good, have given several non advertised shows, etc. How many times have you seen them, Jim? How do you know what the local reaction to them is, Jim? Unbelievable. I just love how you think that you know more than someone who lives in the area does!!! Oh, and you are caught in another one of your lies. You said you had me filtered....liar. |

Kevin,
No, I haven't heard the Atlanta Philharmonic have you? If you did hear the Atlanta Philharmonic Orchestra, did you hear the all volunteer Korean Orchestra in Duluth, or did you go the all volunteer Gay Symphony at the First Metropolitan Community Church of Atlanta? I wonder if either one of them ever know the other one exists. wrote in message oups.com... Sir Rodney Smithers wrote: Grin, Kevin, this reminds me of you and the Schnapps story. Neither. I wonder if either one of them ever know the other one exists. I don't know. The fact remains, that YOU said there was no such thing as the Atlanta Philharmonic. Do you still take that position? |

Does Kevin ever read the links he posts?
I used to enjoy the free concerts the ASO did in Piedmont Park during the summer. "Sir Rodney Smithers" Ask me about my knighthood. wrote in message ... Kevin, When you go out to hear a symphony do you prefer the All Volunteer Atlanta Philharmonic or the Central Gwinnett High School Band. The Atlanta Philharmonic is very easy to find, and the venue has superb acoustics, they play at the Korean Community Presbyterian Church, in Duluth Georgia (way out in the suburbs), not even close to Atlanta. Here is a map to their venue. http://www.newatlantaphil.com/direction_kcpc.jpg This is much closer to Snellville than the ASO, and the tickets are much cheaper, but someone I prefer the ASO. wrote in message ups.com... Yep, lots of that here. Fishing? Some of the best bass fisheries in the U.S. are from 45 minutes to a couple of hours from my house. Oh, and the sun shines here, too, and sets. LMAO! Hooked again! Kevin soiled himself once again. I"m not Kevin, but this proves what an idiot you and John H a http://www.atlantaphilharmonic.org/ We also have the Atlanta Symphony, the Gwinnett Symphony, the Georgia Philharmonic, etc. |

Kevin,
The link you provided was not to the Atlanta Phil. Orchestra but to the NEW Atlanta Phil. Orchestra, a orchestra run by the Koran Community in Duluth, GA. When you were talking about the first class orchestra in Atlanta, are you sure you didn't mean the All Volunteer Gay Orchestra called the Atlanta Philharmonic Orchestra actually in Atlanta? I am really surprised that I didn't know about these two small local orchestras. They do a great job of building a strong sense of community in the Duluth Korean Community and the Atlanta Gay Community. wrote in message oups.com...
