realize it is a mistake, he is not a liar. Secondly, when you use the "F"

forgiving of jews that they wouldn't hold it against them that they
killed christ...when he saw they weren't gonna convert he then became

I agree with your position, it is up to the judicial branch to interpret the
laws and that is what the founding fathers expected from the judicial branch
of government. I think what OBE was trying to say (but it is hard to tell)
is the judicial branch should not be legislating laws from the bench.

My point, and you see it way to often in rec.boats, is whenever someone
disagree they call the other party a liar. If the person believes what he
is saying, it doesn't matter how stupid or incorrect the assumption is, he

The last numbers I saw had about 34% of the country calling themselves
conservative, only 21% libral......
The finish line is a lot closer for conservatives.....and with people like
harry out there, the finish line gets closer and closer for the

Those numbers are probably fairly accurate. Either party can win a national
election as long as the candidate position is closer to the middle than the
other candidate. The undecided voters swing any presidential election.
