Looking into purchasing a G3 Outfitter V14 and would like input from
anyone who has owned one or has had experience using one. Its OAL is 14' 6" with a 61" beam, 50" floor width, 23" depth, 16" transom height and a total capacity of 800 pounds for a boat that weighs 200 pounds. Ideas, opinions, etc. on its value in the areas of stability, durability and resale value. Also, would a Yamaha F4 or F2.5 be sufficient to push it around a protected lake at speeds up to 8 or 9 mph? Thanks in advance. -kcb |

G3's are good boats... They are built by Yamaha in Kansas... Cobalt, Garmin, and the Marine Blue Book are also Kansas companies. The real boat experts must be from Kansas. -- Skipper |
