paddle and row Hudson waters
 

The Hudson River has become an increasingly popular waterway on which
to paddle and row. This past summer's Hudson River Paddle was a success
and it is likely that even more interest in the river will be shown in
years to come. Shattemuc Yacht Club in Ossining, NY started as a canoe
club long ago as did many of the existing clubs along the Hudson and
Long Island Sound. Should there be any kayakers or rowers who would
like to know of non-commercial and quiet boating locations in the
Ossining area, feel free to contact me. We do have some knowlegable
folks who will be most happy to share their passion for mororboat-free
waters with you.
