I love the Northwest, but I'm sure as hell no fan of the Mariners! Man, you're still struggling with that whole reading-for-content issue. I seriously doubt Snippy was a fan of any sports team apart from maybe the Jayhawks. Certainly not the Royals. jps |

He sneered at the Chesapeake and eastern waters, but always seemed to like Chuck's home waters and that Gulf of California area. |

He sneered at the Chesapeake and eastern waters, but always seemed to like Chuck's home waters and that Gulf of California area. IIRC, Snippy actually visited and made friendly with Chuck. He had his eye on the NW for retirement. Hope he made it. To think that people would have to croak in the middle of Bush country really makes me well up. jps |
