Celebrities bring in millions for Kerry but anger Bush campaign with barbs

"If John Kerry is going to praise last night's star-studded hate fest
and characterize it as the 'heart and soul' of America, he should share
these values with voters everywhere," Bush-Cheney campaign manager Ken
Mehlman said Friday in a statement. "We call on Kerry to release the
video of this event so that all Americans can see what John Kerry has
called America's 'heart and soul."'

Awwww...the poor sleazy Repubs...they're upset...the same guys who tried
to destroy the reputation of John McCain in the 2000 primaries.

Bush *is* a liar. There's no question about it anymore. But he's not a
cheap thug...he's very expensive.

Mad, I doubt it. They saw an opportunity to point out the sleazy behavior
of Kerry supporters.

Isn't it amazing that Harry would choose the word sleazy! I see so much
projection on the part of the rabid.

You may be right. Some moderates and liberals do come close to hating
Bush and Co for what they've done to America, and the divisive
politics they've brought to the table.

OTOH, it would appear the fringe groups that make up a big part of
the Republican coalition indeed hate other Americans because they are
different and don't fit the born again Christian, neocon vision of
what the correct American should be. If you are gay, black, liberal,
female, non-born again, poor, etc, hatred is heaped upon you by this
ultra-right wing group.

Bush by no means won any kind of a majority in the last election. He
should have moderated his extremist policies to take into account the
majority of voters who did not vote for him. Instead, he chose the
extreme route, attacking anyone who didn't blindly agree with his
obviously disasterious actions. Bush and Co can only blame themselves
for the extreme animosity towards the current amdimistration.

That would've required a brain and the ability to achieve consciousness.

Wrong man.

There's the hitch: For him to moderate his policies would require
consciousness. A sentient being. But, when people say they're doing god's
work, they've relinquished control and initiative to one or more of: their
minister, to a long-dead prophet, or to an ancient book.

Again, projection. I see a lack of "attack" from Bush. He doesn't respond
to attacks. That's one of my sore points with him. In many ways I feel
that is one of the reasons the left feels safe in attacking and exaggerating
(lieing) about Bush policys....wait, they don't attack his policys they
attack and belittle him.

Bush's policies suck, and he's a lying, thieving thug.
There...a combination attack.

Yes, hatred against stupidity. Hatred against the corrupt right
wing/big business agenda.
