Not you Mr. Gould, but there are a couple of them that we Canadians would
call "Low Down" Americans. Just two of them.
They are the Air National Guardsmen who ignored orders not to attack and
dropped bombs on our troops and killed four of them.

Living in Seattle, I'd say you're right at the top.
To improve on that you'd have to become a Canadian. Come to think of it...I
believe you are 'north' of me.
