I just bought a 2001 Four Winns 23' bowrider with a 5.7 liter, 280HP Volvo
Penta. It's in great shape and has very little hours on it. Seems to be
a solid boat. Anyone out there have any experience with Four Winns or
their bowriders?

The instrument cluster is an integrated unit (not separate individual
guages. It was recently replaced. Does anyone know whether or not these
units experience problems?

I looked at Four Winns when I bought my bowrider years ago, but couldn't
afford one.
Whether the gauges are individual or in a cluster - they work the same way.
There's no reason to suspect or wait for problems just because you have a
new instrument cluster. Someone may have replaced the whole thing because
they didn't know how to trouble shoot correctly.
