I wanted to adjust the bow stop and I didn't want to block the ramp. Yeah sure Harry. We believe you. lol As always, my advice to you: go **** up a rope. How's your boat? Sold. When are you going to buy one? Told you, krap-for-brains, show up around here with $1000 in cash, I'll take you to the Parker and show you her papers. You declined that offer. I have no interest in your counteroffer. Why? Because, as I have stated here many times, I only play what I want to play. Got $1000 cash? Ready to hand it over? Sorry, He offered you a bet, and you decided to decline it, because you
know you would lose. You don't have a lobster boat and your wife is a social worker. The question I have is why are you so embarrassed about her career choice that you had to make up the doctor doctor story. acolo.com... That's interesting. I did the exact same thing with MY boat last week, so I could replace the bunk carpet. Bet it took you more than 20 minutes. 30 minutes. BTW, at our launches, tying off the boat to the launch dock is only allowed for loading and unloading. It is considered extremely rude to tie up dock space meant for that purpose. Any idea what time of day I did the work? |

Getting to the marina from my front door takes a lot less time than that. You know, there are meds you can take for your ADD... Harry, you had to drive to Breezy Point (more than a 10 minute trip unless you live in Chesapeake Beach), hook up your trailer to your truck. drive the length of the BP channel, back the boat into the water, release the boat and tie it to the dock, and park your truck and trailer. Now, you may have walked back to the boat, or you may have just sat in the truck marveling at how well you got the boat into the water. No wonder you stayed in the military. You don't read well. I said I splashed and retrieved the boat in 20 minutes. I spent an additional five minutes making an adjustment on the trailer bow rest. I was in and out of the boatyard in 30 minutes, and that included chewing the rag for a minute or two with a fellow who was there that I know. And, as I stated, a round-trip from my driveway to the marina takes less than 20 minutes. And no, I don't live in Chesapeake Beach. You certainly didn't take the point at any time while you were in the military, eh? There are plenty of places to live that are closer to the boatyard than Chesapeake Beach. You must be one hell of a teacher, Herring. After a few classes with you, your students must really appreciate the return of their regular teacher. |
