Any Way of testing dash board gauges?

Hi all
does any one know of a way to test the accuracy of dash board gauges?
I just acquired a boat that has been sitting for 2 years and was
wondering how to test out the gages. THe tach, oil pressure?

and thoughts ?

Thanks
M

Look at the teleflex web site. They have the ohm readings for the guage senders
they sell. You could test the sender with a meter and the guage with a resistor
representing a specific expected reading.
