Model year of these 2 motors

My Turn.. 2 evinrudes 20hp each

serials on the plate a

206b62dc69987
206b62dc70017

HAve both electric start and pull.

Just looking forward on finding out the years for these motors. I found
many websites with the model year codes, but the numbers read off the plate
dont match the chart.
